From January 1, 2025, the Municipality of Tirana has started subsidizing 100% of the season ticket for pensioners. Recently, the Municipality of Tirana has increased the number of counters where season tickets can be collected, helping pensioners.
Citizens already registered on the Pensioner Subscription portal must appear at the end of each month to receive the pensioner subscription for the following month at the following points for the Pensioner Subscription:
1. Kiosk at the National Library, "Luigj Gurakuqi" Str.
2. Kiosk near the Civil Engineering, "Muhamed Gjollesha" Str
. 3. Kiosk at the Train Station, "Reshit Petrela" Str.
4. Kiosk at 15 Katëshi, "Urani Pano" Str.
5. Kiosk at Brryli, "Jean d'Ark" Blvd.
6. Kiosk near the "Sabaudin Gabrani" school
7. Kiosk at "Llazi Miho" Str. at the station of line no. 15 Kombinat-Kinostudio
8. Kiosk at "Hoxha Tahsim" Str. at Kubi.
Beneficiaries of the "Pensioner's Subscription" must appear in person, to withdraw the subscription, near the distribution point, where they must be equipped with an identity card and photo from 07.00 to 19.00. Over 177 thousand pensioners benefit from this decision of the Municipality.
