Which roads will be blocked today by the opposition protest?

The State Police has published the plan of measures taken to maintain security during the protest called by the Democratic Party.
Authorities indicate that the permission requested by the Democrats for today's rally is for 3 hours, from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM.
The police have taken the measure of restricting vehicle movement on several road axes/segments, more specifically:
-From 10:00, vehicles will not be allowed to park on "Dëshmorët e Kombit" boulevard, on "Mother Teresa" Square, on "Ismail Qemali" street, from the intersection of Elbasani Street with "Ibrahim Rrugova" street, on "Papa Gjon Pali II" street, on "Jeanne D'Ark" boulevard and "Bajram Curri" boulevard, from the intersection of Elbasani Street with "Ibrahim Rugova" street;
-From 2:00 PM until the end of the rally, there will be a traffic jam on "Dëshmorët e Kombit" Boulevard, from the intersection near the Ministry of Interior to "Mother Teresa" Square, as well as on "Ukraine e Lirë", "Papa John Paul II" and "Ismail Qemali" streets.
The Police informs that depending on the development of the rally, there may be restrictions on vehicle traffic on other road axes. In case of blockage, to assist citizens who will circulate on these axes, the State Police has taken measures to divert vehicle traffic to alternative routes.
The State Police appeals to citizens to avoid driving on road axes that will be blocked and to use alternative routes, so as not to impede the free movement of participants in the rally.
