Imprisoned by love! Rudina Dzhunga recounts her unusual childhood

Rudina Xhunga has rarely confessed her strange, unusual childhood in the ZzemeMira Podcast. Life between the four walls, full of care from her two grandfathers and aunts who, after a great loss, found joy in Rudina and imprisoned her out of love.

"Reading has been my company in a slightly strange childhood. I didn't know it was weird before. Now when I compare childhoods, I realize that it was very strange. I was practically locked inside the house. I was the first child in a house where my newly married parents in Vlora brought me babies from the Vlora maternity hospital, in a house where my two grandparents lost a child in an accident and never recovered. The accident that took the child was fatal. They went down to the cellar and cried and stood with whatever Thanas, their son, had left. When I came home, they never went down to the basement again, but they raised me. I was raised inside the house. That every step out of the house could be a danger for me. Anyone could come to the house, but I didn't leave the house", says Rudina.

She further recounts in the podcast how when she went to the first grade she discovered that she did not know how to tie her shoes, nor how to go up and down the stairs normally.

A strange way of life that came to an end after her mother's decision to send her away from the home with gardens and super-protectiveness of Vlora to the dormitory, in Tirana, when she was 14 years old.
