Nobody wants to buy Villa Matilda. The house of the influencer Chiara Ferragni and the rapper Fedez, in Pognana Lario - on Lake Como - has been put up for sale, after the separation of the couple.
The luxury house is 400 square meters and has a garden of one hectare, as well as a swimming pool and even a motor boat in it.
The price? 10 million euros "controversial". It's expensive.
Chiara and Fedez had bought it for five million dollars in December 2023.
Villa Matilda is located opposite George Clooney's former villa.
So far 10 potential buyers have seen it, but no one has said yes yet.
