LIST / Tirana Municipality announces 2,337 winners of the first phase for soft loan subsidies

The Municipality of Tirana has announced the winners of the first phase of the subsidized loans program facilitated by the state.
According to the official announcement, 2,337 applications have been declared winners in this phase, while 954 applications have not passed the established criteria.
All citizens declared winners must fill out the housing form electronically on the e-Albania portal, attaching the required documentation. Documents can be submitted from February 4 to March 4, 2025, to the Information and Citizen Services Sector in the Municipality of Tirana, or by mail, to the official address of the Municipality of Tirana.
Also, for applications within the same family certificate, documentation must be submitted by only one of the applicants for all adult family members.
Since the arrival of Erion Veliaj at the head of the Municipality of Tirana, the “Loan Interest Subsidy” program was reopened after being closed by the previous administration. This program focuses on improving the living conditions of families and young couples who do not have the economic ability to afford the free housing market or mortgage loans on the market. The goal of this project is to support families and young couples in purchasing homes, with the aim of improving their living conditions.
