Prime Minister Edi Rama was received in a meeting by King Felipe VI of Spain. Rama shared a video from the reception at the Zarzuela Royal Palace in Madrid on social media.
As part of this visit, the "World Law Congress 2027" agreement will be signed at a special ceremony to be held in Tirana.
This Congress, held after 2 years in Tirana, brings together jurists, judges, advocates and academics from around the world.
