"The figures speak for themselves: only 9% are detained. As for corruption and criminal offenses committed on duty, 50% have been investigated while at large. They have been investigated with a ban on leaving the country, an obligation to report... If you divide these 9%, the absolute majority are subjects of organized crime. Therefore, the Special Prosecution is careful in the requests it makes for security measures. We are very attentive and careful.
