UK presents 4-point plan for peace in Ukraine: Proposal to be submitted to Trump

After a summit with European leaders, British Prime Minister Keir Starmer announced that the UK, France and other countries are drawing up a joint plan to stop the war in Ukraine, which will be presented to the US administration.
"The aim is to put Ukraine in the strongest possible position now. Any peace agreement must be underpinned by strength and unity," Starmer stressed, adding that each country must contribute according to its means and take its share of responsibility.
The plan contains four key points:
1. Continued military support and economic pressure on Russia, to strengthen Ukraine's positions.
2. Guaranteeing Ukraine's sovereignty and security, with its direct involvement in any negotiations.
3. Strengthening Ukraine's long-term defense, even after an agreement is reached, to prevent future aggression.
4. Creating a "coalition of the willing" that will guarantee the implementation of the agreement and the preservation of peace.
This proposal is expected to be forwarded to the White House, with the hope that it will help restore stability to the region and create a strong foundation for European security.
