Eraldo Nevruzi, a receptionist at a hotel in Dhërmi, was allegedly executed at midnight on June 6, while his body has not yet been found. Suspicions about the murder of the 31-year-old arose after blood stains were found in the hotel premises. Geraldo Shehu, 43 years old, born in Tepelena and resident in England, is suspected of being the author of a serious crime, who turns out to be a co-owner of the hotel. He was caught leaving Corfu airport ready to travel to England. The police have doubts that it is a murder, since two gunshots were heard from the witnesses and traces of blood were also found. The footage is not clear as to how the 31-year-old left the scene. So the search for the body of the 31-year-old is being carried out by the police in the area of ​​Vunoi, in Dhërmi and Gjipe, where it may have been thrown.

Police announcement: From the investigative actions, it is suspected that Eraldo Nevruzi was shot with a firearm, around 00:30, by Geraldo Shehu, 43 years old, born in Tepelena and resident in England. From the investigations, it appears that after the incident, Gerald Shehu left for Greece.'

The Minister of the Interior, Taulant Balla, also reacted to the incident, saying that the arrest was made at an airport in Greece.
