The murder of the 20-year-old in Tirana, one of the perpetrators surrenders

18-year-old Aksel Hoxhaj, suspected of being the author of the murder of Steven Toshkezi a few days ago in the capital, has surrendered to the police today.
The murder happened in the early hours of the morning of April 18, when Enzi Maze and Aksel Hoxhaj massacred the 20-year-old with a machete.
The victim was returning from work with a friend, while the assassins had set up an ambush.
One of them held the driver's door, and first wounded him with a machete in the rib area. Then he was able to get out of the car and lost consciousness outside the building where he lived.
After the incident, Maze was arrested, while Hoxhaj has been on the run until today, when he decided to surrender.
