The Tirana court has ordered "prison arrest" for Gazmend Ngota and Marjeta Karai, accused of murdering 61-year-old Menduh Kureda in 2017, burning him alive in Kodër Shupal.
Marjeta Karaj has denied having anything to do with the murder of the 61-year-old man with whom she is suspected to have had an intimate relationship and has not preferred to give more detailed details. Meanwhile, her son, Besmir Karaj, who participated in the crime, is still being sought.
The other detainee, Gazmir Ngota, Besmir Karaj's friend, confessed that on Marjeta's order, they took the victim and took him to Dajt, where they tied him up and burned him.
The crime happened 5 years ago for a debt of 1 million new alleks that the victim had to Marjeta Karai.
