Father or husband? Who killed the girl from Palestine in Tirana and why?

The dilemma over the tragic death of a 24-year-old woman in Tirana has come to an end.
It is learned that the perpetrator of the murder is the father and the reason for the act of murder is the daughter's failure to respect Islamic rules. She was a mother of three children.
Rayyan Aluan, 24, and Fadi Aluan, 49, arrived in Rinas after a trip from Germany on February 19. Footage of them arriving in Rinas has been made public.
Both were registered in Rinas with Greek documents.
On the surface it seemed like an ordinary trip, but Rayyan's arrival in Tirana would prove fatal.
On February 27, her body was found lifeless in the house she was renting.
The murder is believed to have occurred 5 days before the body was found.
It is not known whether the 49-year-old had planned the murder or if it was a moment of tension.
The homeowner was not given identification, which suggests that it was a premeditated murder.
Fadi Aluan left the rented house near Unit No. 10 on February 22, when he is believed to have committed the serious crime, 5 days before Rayyan's body was found on February 27. From there, completely calm, say police sources who tracked him through cameras, he took a taxi and headed towards Rinas. That same day he traveled to Athens and then to Amsterdam. Investigators suspect that from the Netherlands, Aluan traveled by train to Germany, but he has not yet been traced.
