The prime minister has benefited from property on Vuno? Rama responds to X by warning of a lawsuit
Prime Minister Edi Rama has reacted to X regarding the opposition's accusations that he has benefited from property in Vuno. Rama described the opposition's accusations as failed efforts while adding that he will take the case to court.
The prime minister's reaction: The desperate attempt to draw an impossible parallel between the power used for yourself and your family and the power made available to everyone, where you, your family members or your tribe are treated the same as everyone else, is a an effort that I welcome with pleasure, because as much as it is disgusting as always when mud is thrown at my family to actually fight with me, it is also welcome this time to make the difference like night and day between the aggressors of the family mine and me as their inflexible opponent! All the facts that expose this effort, as a leaf extracted from the black water media channels in Tirana and Athens, and already propagated by the slaves of the Non Grata balcony, will be part of the next lawsuit in court for these many who, in fact, are paying with an exemplary self-discrediting and self-shame in the eyes of the Albanians for the countless injustices they have done to this country of this people when they had both the stone and the nut in their evil and dirty hands. But for the public there is only one fact. Today all day, the dozen heirs of our great-grandfather's properties in Vuno of Himara, like many other heirs of this area - where I was just together with our mayor next Sunday, Vangjel Tavon - have not yet received ownership certificates. Because I, unlike my opponents without religion and without faith, I am not of that category of representatives of the people, who say different things for other people and do other things for themselves. So thank you for opening this pit to the public for me and let them jump in themselves, as usual, but this time with the great good that the people will see the great difference, as in a mirror where only the blind with hair eyes in the brain can remain without understanding!
The Democratic Party has accused Prime Minister Edi Rama of having benefited from a 22.4-hectare land area in Vuno.
In a statement to the media, DP Secretary for Legal Affairs Ivi Kaso said: Artan Lame and Jogo Goro appeared in front of the residents and announced the completion of the legalization process. A good part of the Koleka tribe, among them Aneta Koleka, the mother of the prime minister, was on the list of beneficiaries with ownership certificates. It is about not a few meters, but about 22.4 hectares in which the Rama brothers, in the capacity of heirs, receive a part of the property, which without investment is estimated at no less than 30 million euros, and with investments they reach a value of 150 million euros . From the documents we have provided, it appears that in 2017 Rama and other heirs of the Koleka tribe applied to ATP. In an internal administrative process ATP has refused to recognize this property and its physical compensation because it found deficiencies in the documentation. In the first place, there was no expropriation decision and, on the other hand, the lack of exact positioning of this property since there was no legal and cartographic document.
