On the social network "X", Grenell has shared a news story, where Kurti declares that relations between Kosovo and the US "have never been better". In response, Grenell has described this statement as untrue, saying that "they have never been lower".
"Delirious. Relations have never been lower. Albin Kurti has been punished by the first Trump administration, the Biden administration, NATO, the EU, the American Embassy, Anthony Blinken, etc.," Grenell wrote in his post.
