Russian President Vladimir Putin has expressed his willingness to offer rare minerals to the United States, including those from occupied Ukrainian regions. The proposal comes as the Trump administration has demanded that Ukraine grant access to its mineral resources in exchange for military and financial support.
Putin suggested that Russia and the US could also cooperate on aluminum production to stabilize prices, including by investing in Siberia. Meanwhile, the Kremlin stressed that Russia possesses greater resources than Ukraine and that such cooperation would have "broad prospects" for both countries.
