A video showing billionaire and Tesla and SpaceX CEO Elon Musk leaving a Donald Trump event while his young son remains behind has taken social media by storm.
His son, X, just 4 years old, often accompanies his father to public events. In the footage, which has racked up over 10 million views, the toddler is seen walking down a metal staircase, holding onto the railing, unaccompanied by an adult. Meanwhile, Musk walks toward the crowd, oblivious to his son being left behind.

It's still unclear what happened after the camera stopped tracking Musk's movements, but online comments immediately erupted. Many users harshly criticized the entrepreneur, saying he put the boy in a dangerous situation and "completely forgot" he was there.
Some commentators even speculated that Musk takes his son to events simply "for show."
On the other hand, singer Grimes, the mother of little X, has also expressed dissatisfaction with Musk. She accused him of treating their son as a "souvenir" by taking him to the Oval Office next to Donald Trump.
