Celibashi on the diaspora vote: CEC does not conduct on-site registration, denounce anyone who presents themselves as a CEC representative

The Chief State Election Commissioner Ilirjan Celibashi has announced that the registration of voters from abroad is carried out only through the Electronic Registration Platform (PER), and not in the field.
According to him, the CEC has not authorized any other person to engage in the process of registering voters from abroad on behalf of the institution. He appeals to anyone who presents themselves as such to be denounced.
Public Statement: CEC Does Not Offer On-site Registration
Voter registration from abroad is carried out only through the Electronic Registration Platform (PER), which can be accessed at www.kqz.gov.al or through the official CEC application for smartphones.
The Central Election Commission (CEC) has not provided and does not provide any assistance or support for on-site registration. The only assistance and support for any overseas voter is provided exclusively by the CEC Help Center and only through:

✔️ WhatsApp messages
✔️ Chatbot
✔️ Official CEC email
The CEC has not authorized any other person to, in the name and on behalf of the institution, engage in the process of registering voters from abroad.
Anyone who notices persons presenting themselves as representatives of the CEC in other premises, outside the institution, must immediately report the case to the prosecution body.
Beyond this, the CEC assures all voters from abroad that the registration process is in line with all security standards of European Union countries, protected from any political or party interest, influence.
The CEC has not authorized anyone else to engage in the process of registering voters from abroad, either within the country or even abroad, in the name and on behalf of this institution.
