Euro loses points again, starts the week with a decline

The euro started this week with a fall in the exchange rate with the Lek.

According to data from the Bank of Albania, the Euro dropped below the level of 107 ALL for the first time since August 23. The European currency was exchanged at 106.87 ALL, down 0.45 ALL since the end of last week.

Compared to August 25, when it reached the highest level of the last three months, the Euro-Lek exchange rate has fallen by 3.71 points.

Other major currencies also started the week in decline. The American dollar dropped below the limit of 100 Lek and was exchanged for 99.68 Lek. Even the British Pound dropped for the first time in three weeks below the level of 125 Lek, being exchanged at 124.85 Lek.
