The Bektashi Pilgrimage to Mount Tomorri starts tomorrow, what are the routes and restrictions
Tomorrow begins the great Bektash Pilgrimage to Mount Tomorri. The pilgrimage will last a week.
The police have taken a number of measures, publishing the route.
Drivers of vehicles going in the direction of Mount Tomorri (towards Teke) will pass:
from the entrance of the city of Berat - Kombinati Roundabout - City Ring - Uznova Roundabout - Plirëzi Crossing - Teqeja e Kulmaku". While -itineraries for drivers returning from Mount Tomorri will be
"Tekeja e Kulmaku-Bargullaz-Pronovik-Poliçan-Uznovë-Main street "Antipatrea"-Kombinat roundabout".
-Drivers and pilgrims coming from the city of Çorovodë are advised to use the Çorovodë-Gjerbës-Teqeja e Kulmaku road axis and vice versa.
RESTRICTIONS
-For vehicles: On the road axes "Vlashuk Kuçovo-Berat", "Ura Kuçit-Dimal-Berat", "Pobrat-Dimal-Berat", "Berat-Mali i Tomorri", "Berat-Çorovode" and "Çorovode-Gjerbës- Mali i Tomorri", heavy tonnage vehicles will not be allowed to circulate, from 06:00 - 24:00, throughout the days of the pilgrimage.
- Buses, vans with more than 8 people and minibuses will not be allowed to circulate on the "Plirëz-Teqeja e Kulmakut-Mali i Tomorri" road axis.
-Due to the parameters of the road, in the "Plirëz-Teqeja e Kulmaku" road segment, vehicles will move in convoy and overtaking will not be allowed.
-Also, it is forbidden to stay and rest vehicles on road axes and the drivers of vehicles must follow the instructions of the Police officers, for the places where it will be allowed to stay and park vehicles.
