To all of you who read me, I ask you to imagine only the fact that I am being investigated, but not a defendant, despite being convicted and executed without a trial in the court of politics, the media and social networks. The delay in this detailed explanation is related to the fact that I found out about the dresses and jewelry worth 800 thousand euros at the same time as you. From the media. While I received the hundreds-page indictment only after I was accused of this staggering figure and a series of other oddities, the day before I went to the courtroom.

Forced into this media sword and knife dance and confirmed as a hostage by a group of prejudiced people, I was forced to belatedly begin work on identifying the real financial figures related to me in that indictment filled with untruths.
Now I am ready, starting today and in the coming days, to explain in minute detail, narrative and financial, and with full public or legal responsibility, this entire violent bluff, which I will confront all the way to the Strasbourg Court with my complete innocence.
The first part of the great untruth, which I want to dismantle and throw away from myself like a sack that they have thrown over my head to make me walk through the streets, inciting my lynching with spit and stones, is of course the most scandalous one: 800 thousand euros of dresses and jewelry online.
In the hearing on Tuesday, February 11, at the GJKKO, I stated that the figure was outrageous and completely untrue. Then, since Wednesday, accounting experts have been going through every one of my bank accounts in a very fine sieve and have extracted from the bank statements every online purchase of the last 10 years (1.1.2015 – 1.1.2025).
The total of my online purchases, which include clothing, cosmetic and parapharmaceutical products, accessories, etc. (not including books, digital fees, subscriptions), is for 10 years: 75'025 Euros in total (1.1.2015 – 1.1.2025).
I understand that this figure may seem large to many, but I want to emphasize on this occasion that I have no connection with the image of that doll with 800 thousand euros of dresses and jewelry, because I have been working as a lawyer and advocate for 17 years, initially in two of the largest studios in the country, and then with my own studio, with a large number of clients and collaborators. I also work as a curator or artistic and visual director (and I will also detail this in detail very soon). I know no other entertainment besides my work.
I come from two well-known Albanian families. From my father's family, we inherited land, plots, buildings, houses, etc., both in Tirana and abroad. All of this was known long before I grew up and became Erion's wife. Once a teacher, journalist and art critic, after the '90s my father started doing business, like many others. I was lucky enough to grow up in one of those Albanian families of the transition with very good financial opportunities, which also enabled the support of my higher studies in law, master's and doctoral degrees, in Paris and Rome.
Also, in addition to my parents' very good financial opportunities, I have worked in the legal field since I was very young and have always been paid very well and continue to be paid very well. My income over the years is declared and public.
Everyone who knows me or has worked with me knows very well that I have no work schedule, no days off, I work a minimum of 12 hours a day, every day; all the clients of my law firm or my associates receive emails from me even at 2 or 3 in the morning, even on Sundays or even in the middle of August. I divide my life between work and taking care of my family.
All of the above purchases were made with my credit card and I consider them my own products (I say “consider” because many of them were also used for video clips or advertisements that I have made).
I am the orderer and beneficiary of only this value and no other value, which I do not know why or how it was added, but which has no connection to expenses incurred by me or benefited from by me.
I will submit this fact, substantiated with financial tables and notarized with expert signatures, to the GJKKO and SPAK, with confidence that the truth buried under the mountain of stones of slander and fantasies will eventually come out.
I have NEVER owned a Hermes or Chanel bag, as was said in my public media trial. I don't even own dresses or underwear with absurd values, as some journalist said. Even on this occasion I want to say that it was an extremely sad confrontation of more than nine hours with the prosecutor, where I realized that my life had become a big mess. But there is nothing compared to the bitter sadness that the street level of some portals and journalists gives you, who deal with dresses or underdresses of a woman, inflating their value tenfold, to discredit the enemy like in the time of communism...
I have never felt such great sadness and despair. Terrible.
May no one experience this legal and media cruelty, I do not wish it on anyone in this country.
May God forgive the inhumanity of this entire history of violence.
