Elon Musk, the owner of social network X, formerly known as Twitter, is considering canceling the service in Europe in response to new regulations for the platform imposed by the European Union.
The billionaire is allegedly considering blocking access to users in the European Union, a source told Insider, reports Reuters.
In August this year, the European Union adopted the Digital Services Act (DSA), which, among other things, establishes rules to prevent the spread of harmful content, prohibits or restricts certain practices of targeting users, and shares certain data of internal with related regulators and researchers.
