CEO of Microsoft: Any talented person who can't find himself anymore after the drama in OpenAI, the door is open to us
Microsoft CEO Satya Nadella says his company is open to accepting AI talent who want to leave OpenAI after several CEO changes in a few days.
While three CEOs have been changed within three days (among them the Albanian Mira Murati), the drama does not end there.
Almost all OpenAI staff members have threatened to quit if the first CEO, Altman, is not reinstated. The request was signed by all employees.
And Nadella, on the other hand, is ready to welcome talent into his business.
“We will definitely have a place for all the AI talent to come here and move forward in this mission. We will be supportive of anyone who remains in OpenAI or anywhere else," Nadella in a podcast.
Nadella isn't the only tech executive looking to capitalize on OpenAI's woes.
On Monday, Salesforce CEO Marc Benioff promised to sign contracts with the same terms as OpenAI to those who resign from there to join Salesforce.
