Victoria Theilvig from Denmark is announced Miss Universe 2024

Denmark's Victoria Kjær Theilvig has been crowned Miss Universe 2024, becoming the first Dane to ever win the pageant.
The 21-year-old, a dancer, entrepreneur and lawyer-in-training, triumphed against more than 120 other contestants in the annual competition held in Mexico City.
She was greeted with applause from the other contestants on stage as she accepted the crown from the current title holder, Sheynnis Palacios of Nicaragua.
"I stand here today because I want change, I want to make history, and that's what I'm doing tonight," Theilvig said.
