The data, according to experts, show a small but significant increase in accidents at work, especially on Monday. Expert Neil Stanley says that those most affected are those who have a busy life and are always on the move.
Here's what he says: Our evidence and studies show that many people suffer from what's called 'social jet lag', which means that people don't get enough sleep during the week and, with the time difference, try to catch up on the weekend, plus one more hour of sleep. According to him, it takes three days for the body to adapt to the change.

According to Stanley we are unconscious of these changes, but the effects are all felt.
