The future of King Charles seems to have been predicted as far back as the 16th century. According to Nostradamus, with predictions made in 1555, the year 2024 will see major changes, starting with a new King in Britain and the change of the Pope.
Athos Salomé, another soothsayer, goes even further and last year predicted that King Charles would have prostate and genital problems that would force him to abdicate. Even according to him, William would not be the successor.
