Drink coffee early in the morning to live longer! What a new study suggests

A new study published in the European Heart Journal suggests that drinking coffee only in the morning may have significant health benefits, including a longer life and a healthier heart. The study, conducted by researchers at Tulane University, analyzed health data from more than 40,000 American adults and found that those who drank coffee between 4 a.m. and noon were 16 percent less likely to die from any cause and 31 percent less likely to die from heart disease compared to those who did not drink coffee.

The study also showed that drinking coffee throughout the day, including in the afternoon and evening, did not have the same health benefits. Experts suggest that drinking coffee in the morning may be in line with the body's natural rhythms, helping to reduce inflammation and reduce the risk of heart disease.

However, the study authors stressed that they did not find a link between coffee consumption and reduced cancer risk and called for more studies to investigate this issue. The researchers also cautioned that the data collected was based on self-reports, which may not be 100% accurate.

Experts recommend that people consult their doctors before making any changes to their coffee consumption habits, given that each person has different health needs.
