In 2005 Steve Jobs sent an email to Adobe CEO Bruce Chizen after Adobe tried to recruit employees working for Apple.

Here's Steve Jobs' clever answer:

Bruce, Adobe is recruiting employees from Apple. They have already hired one person and are calling for many more. I have a consistent policy with our recruiters that we do not recruit them from Adobe.

You seem to have a different policy. One of us has to change the rulebook. Please tell me who.
