We are in Capannoli, in the province of Pisa. A small town, lost in the greenery that seems to have come out of a movie and where for some time many people go every day.
It is here, on the highest hill, that Telefono Del Vento is located. A special phone, without any connection, but that can be used to speak symbolically to those who are no longer here, leaving a message that will then be carried by the wind.
But not only that. In addition to communicating with loved ones, the 'wind phone' can also ideally be used to talk to yourself, as explained by the originator himself, who wanted to bring this famous project born in Japan to Italy in 2011.
"You can use the booth to free yourself, to make a call, to open your heart and show empathy. Why talk only to those who are no longer here? It is good to talk to ourselves, to trust the words of the wind".
