Liechtenstein's royal family is mourning the sudden death of Prince Konstantin, who has passed away at the age of 51. The family announced his death on Wednesday without specifying the cause.
Prince Konstantin of Liechtenstein was the youngest son of King Hans-Adam II and seventh in line to the throne. He is survived by his wife Princess Mary and their three children, 20-year-old Prince Moritz, 18-year-old Princess Georgina and 15-year-old Prince Benedict.
Prince Constantine was born in St. Gallen in March 1972 and graduated from the Lyceum in Liechtenstein before studying law in Salzburg. He had been general manager and chairman of the board of the Prince Liechtenstein Foundation for 11 years.
