How much coffee opens your eyes? Here is the ideal time to drink it
Many people, especially Italians, run to the espresso as soon as they open their eyes. And they start the day like this with mistakes.
When is the ideal time to drink morning coffee?
An hour or two after waking up.
When you wake up, your body has a maximum load of energy, even though you may seem sleepy. Just stand up.
Postponing the intake of caffeine, an obvious stimulant, on the one hand avoids excessive excitement of the organism and on the other hand offers the advantage of emphasizing concentration and reaction a little later in the day.
Caffeine interferes with the secretion of cortisol,
increasing it. The thing is, when you wake up, hormone levels reach a peak of their own, 50% percent higher than the average for the day. Concentration tends to drop to a minimum in the evening hours.
The best solution would be a decaf
early in the morning to indulge yourself and espresso later.
