Yoga is usually preferred by women, but a recent study shows that it also helps men a lot. It improves your sex life.
One research study involved men aged 18 to 45. A group of 35 people were told to run for at least 30 minutes a day, five days a week. They lasted an average of 39 seconds in intercourse over three minutes.
Those who were told to walk just half an hour a day for this time lasted 50 seconds.
Another study looked at 26 men who did 12 weeks of yoga. The time they lasted tripled, from just under 26 seconds to almost a minute and a half on average after the course.
Studies further clarified that the effect of yoga was even stronger than that of Viagra.
Lee Smith, a professor of public health, said: "This evidence is based on studies involving a small number of men and we need more research in this area, but physical activity can help all men anyway."
