Jillian Michaels Reveals Mistake No. 1 diet that people do—except Ozempic
For all those who are thinking of using Ozempic to lose weight, trainer Jillian Michaels has a tip! Don't!
She says that if this was the right choice to lose weight, she would be the first to promote it on her social networks.
And the problem, according to her, doesn't just come from the idea that using slimming injections is cheating.
She thinks this drug is the opposite of an easy way out.
After use, within the first year of stopping the injections, the lost weight is regained. The key to weight loss cannot be something that is injected into the body.
Using technology to track stats like calories burned, steps and hours slept is key to being healthy.
The problem isn't the sweets or carbs you eat. The problem is not having the right tools to measure how much you eat and how much you spend.
You cannot set a goal for yourself, for example, I will lose so many kg and you are doing everything to achieve it. This is wrong. Unfounded goals can lead to wrong actions.
First lower the amount. Second, rock pie with a slice of pizza and a salad, or a piece of chicken.
First, take the time to figure out how many calories are in everything you eat. Then measure what you eat and what you burn and leave a deficit of 500 calories. The first two weeks will be tiring, but you will get used to it. All this sacrifice will be rewarded with 1 kg less, every week.
Smart watches are great for measuring how many calories you burn.
Don't forget to do 20 minutes of exercise in your room, even if you are talking on the phone. Don't sit still, move. Just moving alone will make a big difference.
