Elon Musk announces changes to the "X" platform after falling users

Elon Musk has announced changes to the "X" platform. The billionaire said all accounts that have more than 2,500 verified subscribers will be able to get free access to the premium service that normally costs $8 a month.

Premium and Premium+ give users access to Grok, an artificial intelligence model that aims to answer almost anything.

Worldwide daily users of the mobile app "X" fell to 174 million in February, down 15% from a year earlier, according to research from data firm Sensor Toër. X's own figures also suggest a decline from November 2022.
