The teenager who has already set up her own company shows the way to a global business

Mariella Satow, an 18-year-old with British-American citizenship, last year created an app, SignUp, for a very specific purpose. Help deaf children enjoy Disney cartoons.
Now the teenager has founded and is the CEO of the company SignUp and has ambitions to turn it into a global venture. She reveals that she founded the company using the money she raised by walking the dogs.
The 18-year-old already employs 100 translators to provide video in sign language. Its platform will launch service in the UK this week, following its launch in the US. Then all over the world.
Thanks to the work of her company, in many children's movies on Disney + and Netflix a translator appears in a box as soon as the movie is shown.
Satow says he initiated the idea by watching Spanish language-learning movies.
