Violent behavior by fans, FSHF fines 2 million lek 2 derby teams

The Albanian Football Federation has fined with two million ALL the two teams of the capital derby after the violent behavior of the fans, who threw flamethrowers on the field, bringing the interruption of the match for a few minutes.

The match ended with the result 1 to 0 in favor of Tirana. The Partizan team will also play 4 matches without fans, according to the decision of the federation.

Decision:

KF Tirana, për dështim në përmbushjen e detyrimeve dhe përgjegjësive, sjelljes së gabuar të spektatorëve, hedhjen e sendeve në terrenin sportiv, dëmtimin e mjediseve sportive dhe pajisjeve sportive, në bazë të neneve 64/1, 64/5, 65/1, 65/3/a, 65/3/c dhe 65/3/f të KDS, dënohet me gjobë në masën 200.000 (dyqind mijë) lekë.
KF Tirana, urdhërohet të dëmshpërblejë dëmet e shkaktuara në Stadiumin “Air Albania” sipas akt konstatimit, brenda 15 ditëve.

FK Partizani, for misconduct of spectators, throwing objects on the sports field, damaging sports facilities, sports equipment and causing temporary interruption of the game, based on articles 65/2, 65/3 / a, 65/3 / c, 65/3 / f and 65/4 / b of the SCC, is punished with a fine in the amount of 200,000 (two hundred thousand) ALL and the development of 4 (four) matches without spectators. Pursuant to Article 32/1/2/3 of the SCC, a partial suspension of the execution of the sentence is imposed after the payment of half of it. The period of conditional suspension, pursuant to Article 32/4 of the SCC, will be 6 (six) months.
