Manchester will fine Ronaldo 1 million pounds for the interview he gave to Piers Morgan
Cristiano Ronaldo will be fined at least 1 million pounds for the interview he gave with Piers Morgan, in which he attacked Erik ten Hag, the Manchester United board and the club's standards.
The 37-year-old's explosive interview came just hours after Manchester United's 2-1 win against Fulham at Craven Cottage.
Ronaldo did not have a good experience with Manchester. Was fined two wages in October when he refused to come on as a substitute against Tottenham.
The team is expected to do the same this time. Ronaldo will face another fine of around £1m.
The club has refused to comment on Ronaldo's interview.
Ronaldo is likely to have played his last game for the club and he could leave before his contract expires in January.
