Today the census starts with 100 questions. How much will the fines be for those who do not answer?
The Population and Housing Census will start today.
Over 7,500 surveyors, supervisors and controllers have been trained by the Institute of Statistics.
Data will be collected within six weeks.
Unlike any previous census, this time the entire questionnaire will be conducted online, via tablet.
The census will provide data on the resident population, on demographic and social characteristics, data on housing, health, employment and others. The questionnaires have eight modules and 100 questions.
For those who refuse to answer, the fines will be from 50,000 new alleks to 1,000 new alleks.
The process will close on October 28. Then, the data will be published in June 2024, while more detailed in December 2024.
