From September 4, registrations for student accommodation for the new academic year 2023-2024 will begin, near the University Student Residence No. 1 and the Residences of the Agricultural University.
A total of 6506 students can be accommodated in the 22 buildings of the University Student Residence No. 1, including the 7 Residences of the Agricultural University.
Reservations for accommodation can be made on the online platform, "University Student Residence No. 1, Tirana". Online reservations will be open throughout the academic year and can be made at the following link:

To register, students must present their student card/faculty ID; ID; 2 photos and payment mandate.
The buildings have been recently reconstructed with contemporary conditions, offering study rooms and wi-fi.
Some of the buildings after complete reconstruction have been re-conceptualized in the form of mini-apartments (3+2 and 2+2), with sanitary units inside and with contemporary conditions and wi-fi.
Also, 5 other buildings are in the reconstruction process, specifically buildings no. 3, 4, 14, 16, 17 according to the KFW project.
