Loans with zero interest for the administration, doctors, policemen and soldiers benefit

Public administration employees will benefit from home loans with 0% interest. The decision on the support scheme has been published in the official notebook and a total of 300 credits will be distributed. But the beneficiaries of this support will be only three categories of employees: doctors, policemen and soldiers.
Police officers and Armed Forces soldiers to benefit from the loan, it is a condition that they have been employed in the public administration for at least 2 years, as well as being married in the civil registry.
The general quotas of loans facilitated for the public administration for the year 2023 will be distributed 100 loans to the doctors of the public health system, 100 to the employees of the State Police and 100 to the soldiers of the Armed Forces.
The selection of winners will be based on certain criteria and conditions. The focus will be on those families who do not own a home, live in a house at risk of collapse, have been left or are at risk of becoming homeless as a result of natural disasters.
There will also be favoritism for those families who lose their homes, as a result of relocation or the implementation of a court decision, or are excluded from the legalization process, as a result of public investments.
Meanwhile, some other criteria are provided for doctors to be employed in public health institutions with an indefinite employment contract, doctors who work more than 80 km away from the place of residence or in rural areas or secondary or tertiary centers. In the decision, there is no amount that is made available, while the three relevant ministries are charged with the implementation.
