"If you say you are bored, then you are boring", this is the motto of supermodel Cara Delevingne and therefore she has tried not to make her house boring. She opened the doors of her Los Angeles home for Architectural Digest and introduced her supervilla where she finds all the colors and spaces of entertainment.
The house looks like Saint-Tropez.
"My job requires me to wear a lot of hats and different suits. "I like to get into these different characters, so I wanted my house to reflect a lot of different themes and moods," says Cara.
Line Architecture Nicolò Bini says Cara first loved nature at home. So they used wallpaper with different themes. A snake in the billiard room and a climbing leopard on the stairs of the house. A flock of bird sculptures by Mexican artist Sergio Bustamante and of course many plants.
Then for him was important fun and games. Thus he created the secret rooms: a poker room with a tent; A wall with weird hats and a costume room for festive outfits. There are also pools or rooms where Cara plays music and has all the instruments she needs.
The English-style white-brick residence was built in 1941 for members of the Von der Ahe family, the founders of the Vons supermarket chain.
Now Cara Delevingne has it and enjoys it with her friends who visit her often.
