Adele bought actor Sylvester Stallone's house for $58 million. The initial price set by the actor was $110 million, but along the way many reductions were made.
However, Adele's condition to buy it had nothing to do with the price, but with the statue of Rocky, the legendary character from one of Stallone's films.
It turns out that Rocky has a huge fan and that is Adele.
The home is located within Beverly Park, an area in the foothills of Beverly Hills known for attracting celebrities seeking privacy. The statue is located next to the pool.
Some of the area's residents include Denzel Washington, Justin and Hailey Bieber, and Mark Wahlberg.
