Video/ 'If you don't get him, don't get me'. The line Linda Evangelista used to tell the catwalk bosses about her friend Naomi Campbell
Not in vain, their friendship has withstood the years. The supermodels of the 90s are still good friends, and a documentary about the shows of that time and the fashion world has revealed interesting details, as painful as they are beautiful.
Linda Evangelista tells how those glory days weren't all like that.
"Even these glorious days were not perfect, because Naomi, for example, was not always reserved," says Linda.
Further in the documentary it is said that black girls could participate one in a fashion show. So there was only one place for them. They usually only took them to the summer fashion shows and gave them clothes in very strong colors.
"I used to tell them if you don't get it, don't get me either," says Linda Evangelista about the condition imposed on the big fashion bosses, those who organized the fashion shows.
