Miley Cyrus is being sued for copying Bruno Mars' song

Flowers became a hit, but Miley Cyrus is now being sued for copying Bruno Mars' hit song.

According to TMZ, Tempo Music Investments claims that Cyrus' song has many musical similarities to Mars' 2012 ballad "When I Was Your Man."
The company - which says it owns part of the copyright to Mars' song - claims that the beat, harmony, melody and lyrics of "Flowers" were "deliberately" taken from Mars' song. The latter, however, is not mentioned as a plaintiff in the file.

Flowers gave Miley her first Grammy Award. At this year's ceremony, Flowers won for record of the year and best pop solo performance, beating out Taylor Swift and Billie Eilish.
