Singer Lily Allen has said that children fulfilled her as a person, but on the other hand they totally destroyed her career.
She was asked on the Radio Times podcast if she had to rethink her career strategy after having children. Allen replied: "I never have a strategy when it comes to my career, but yes, my kids ruined my career."
"I mean I love them and they complete me, but as far as my music career goes, it was destroyed when they came along," Allen joked during the interview.
Allen, 38, said she chose to step back from her career and focus on raising her two daughters, who she shares with ex-husband Sam Cooper.
