In tears, Celine Dion reveals the incurable disease she suffers from

All the recent photos of Celine Dion, the lost kilos and the concern of fans have an explanation. Celine Dion has been diagnosed with a rare, incurable neurological disease.

It is about the "Stiff Person Syndrome". This syndrome turns people into human statues and occurs in 1 in 1 million cases.

SPS, as the syndrome is otherwise called, causes the muscles to tense uncontrollably. Until a certain moment that movement or even speaking becomes impossible.

There is no cure for SPS, but there are treatments to slow further progression.

The 54-year-old singer addressed her fans in a tearful Instagram post as she revealed it has forced her to cancel her European tour.

these spasms affect every aspect of my daily life sometimes causing difficulty when walking and preventing me from using my vocal cords to sing the way I'm used to. It pains me to tell you today that this means I will not be ready to resume my European tour in February."
