Britney Spears makes peace with her sister, after debates on social media

Britney Spears has decided to soften tones with her sister after the restless social media posts that came right after Jamie Lynn Spears's interview while promoting her memories last week.

Britney Spears, admitted that she said "some tough things" about her younger sister in a Twitter post. The two started debating on social media on Thursday after Jamie Lynn Spears did a promotional interview on "Good Morning America" ??for her new book, "Things I Should Have Said."

In the interview, Jamie Lynn Spears described her sister's behavior in front of the 13-year-old conservatory under which she was placed as disorderly. Britney Spears disputed the claims, saying the two had not been very close to each other at the time and that her sister was inventing around her.

"I know you have worked hard for the life you have and you have done wonders… But I think we both have to come to terms with the fact that family has never been so oppressive to you as it has been to me." writes Britney Spears in the most recent post.

"All I know is that I love you unconditionally ... so go ahead and say what you want. It's very difficult for a family to fight publicly like that!"

Jamie Lynn Spears responded with a story on Instagram, asking her sister to call her and claiming she has contacted her several times to discuss privately.

"Meanwhile, please with this story that I was not there for you or that I am making things up," she said. "I'm happy to say how many times I have contacted you, supported you or tried to help you. This is shameful and should be stopped. I love you."
