Billie Eilish: I'm ashamed of my past on the internet

Billie Eilish feels ashamed of everything Google and social media have recorded about her. Old interviews and posts make him feel bad today, for many things he thinks differently.

"The Internet brings to mind things from everyone's past. I think everyone feels ashamed of the past," says Billie, referring to posts from ordinary people alike.

"I said a lot of things then, which I do not agree with now, or now I think quite the opposite. The strangest thing is that nothing is lost after it is published online. Every interview I gave when I was 15 is still there and I think about it constantly. I gave an interview where someone asked me: 'What do you do when you are not making music?'. And I said, 'Even when I'm not making music, I'm making music.' In fact this is what Lil Wayne said in an interview and I saw it and said it. That to me was not even true. When you are a teenager you do not know yourself, so you try to find out. That was the hardest thing for me: I didn’t really know how I was feeling. "So I was just standing behind this facade," said Eilish.
