Adelina Ismaili recounts the dark period of her life: The writing that forced me to lock myself in my room for three months
Adelina Ismaili has given an interview about her life in front of Mira Kazan where she also told about our hostages, the rumors we heard up and down in the 90s - 2000s. There was a period of secession in Albania in those years, it was said that Adelina, the star of at that time, he was upset with Albania for something. In fact, the truth has been quite different.
Adelina confessed in ZëmeMira that Albania has always loved her very much and has been her safe haven, but in Kosovo she has been constantly attacked. She tells about the answers given to her and a private conversation with her mother, which turned into a title from which she did not leave the room for three months.
"Two paradoxes were happening to me, on the one hand, I was at the peak of fame. On the other hand, I had so many attacks. He had even crossed the limits of humanity. I was attacked by an entire apparatus. Back then we had newspapers, we didn't have portals like we have today. I was attacked by public television in Kosovo. But this happened because I was aligned in a political line and I have never hidden it because I have dedicated songs to him, alongside Ibrahim Rugova. There was a moment when my and my mother's conversations were intercepted, in the mail illegally. A very intimate conversation with me, between me and my mother, was published on the front page of a newspaper. I didn't leave the house for three months, I didn't even go to school because it was very vulgar, banal, trivialized. Mom and I were talking about a female cycle and the title was: Is the party bleeding by Adelina Ismaili. And after that I couldn't go to school and look my professors in the eye", Adelina said, proving once again what we all know, big fame, at a young age, has its costs.
