Ingredients for 6 people
8 large peaches
3 tablespoons brown sugar
½ cup of flour
¼ cup of powdered sugar
¼ tablespoon of baking soda
¼ spoon of salt
4 tablespoons butter divided into small pieces
1 large egg
¼ of spoon with vanilla
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
1 ice cream with vanilla
1 tablespoon balsamic syrup
Preparation
The first step
First light the hearth of the stove on the maximum heat and cook in a large bowl the peaches and brown sugar. Mix. Add the peaches to simmer for 15 minutes. Allow to cool slightly.
The second step
Meanwhile in a large bowl combine the flour, powdered sugar, baking soda and salt. Add the butter and mix well to form a shape. Add only the egg yolk and vanilla.
The third step
In a bowl toss the already chilled peaches, lemon juice and toss the flour mass. Bake for about 20 minutes in the preheated oven. Allow to cool for 5 minutes to serve with ice cream and balsamic syrup as desired.
