How to make a healthy cheesecake?

Today you will prepare a cheesecake according to the recipe of Sindi and her cooking blog "Inside my world". This cheesecake is not like all the others, because in addition to good taste, it is also healthy.

Ingredients and preparation

Its base is with biscuits, but for more value I baked the biscuit myself with triplets.
For the base (biscuits)
250 g of finely ground ground trout (like flour)
2 eggs
2 tablespoons corn oil
100 g of brown sugar (if you don't have one, use the usual one)
2 tablespoons cocoa
A little vanilla
Bake in the pan with the opening for 10 minutes at 180⁰ ... let it cool then fill
For filling:
250 cream cheese (philadephia, I use Arla)
200 gr yogurt
2 tablespoons sugar
2 sheets of gelatin (optional, not necessary)
Stir until homogeneous.
Add the biscuits and leave in the fridge. All night or 2 hours in the freezer.
You can also use this base for biscuits, it's fantastic.
